THE CHALLENGE
The NYSC programme is a compulsory 1-year training program specifically designed for fresh graduates of tertiary institutions to embark on. During this time,being mostly fresh graduates, participants of this program (corp members) are often limited in their resources. With a monthly stipend from the government and the rising cost of inflation, the need to provide alternative means for corp members to meet their needs is of importance. In order to have them get the most value from this programme,it is necessary to provide solutions that enhance their service year, facilitate cost savings, promote skill development, and simplify essential transactions.

Kopashun aims to bridge this gap for corp members by providing a platform where actively serving corp members can can find everything they need in one place and buy them at discounted prices from trusted vendors.This ecommerce platform will serve all the needs of corp members From fashion and electronics to home essentials, lifestyle, training, travel, transportation, food, and fitness equipment etc, ensuring their various requirements and preferences are catered to. The goal of Kopashun is to establish a trusted and user-friendly e-commerce platform by creating a secure environment for NYSC members to buy from trusted and reliable vendors with ease.
Kopashun will be a mobile application available on both the android and ios platforms.Here they sign up on the app with their call up numbers as proof of NYSC membership. Vendors are also verified and added to the platform after undergoing a due verification process providing their business registration and incorporation details. Corp members gain access to verified vendors where they can purchase anything at discounted prices. We have also included features that enable the users to have access to flash sales, gift cards and exclusive app vouchers.
